After studying jurisprudence in Mannheim and receiving practical training in judicial work at Mannheim Regional Court (including work in the legal department of an international company), Ms. Weikert was admitted to practice as an attorney at Darmstadt Regional Court in the year 2005.

Ms. Weikert specialized in labor law already during her studies.
