Many years of employment with the Finance Authorities of Hesse and an international auditing company.

Due to his specialisation and professional experience, Peter Degel is primarily active in tax law counselling. He advises clients on all aspects of tax law and trade law, such as transformations, articles of association, company agreements, and succession in enterprises as well as inheritance law and inheritance tax law.

In addition thereto he acts in tax proceedings, for example in opposition proceedings, actions or appeals before tax courts.

In his capacity as certified accountant he audits annual financial statements.
