If tenancy relationships become problematic we enable economically reasonable solutions by timely terminating or adjusting contracts.

If necessary, we give notice of termination withstanding judicial examination and timely take action for eviction against the tenant in order to avert further damage.

On the landlords’ side we represent operators of shopping centres and real estate funds, but also all other real estate owners.

The focus of our activities centres on the consultancy and representation of property management firms. We draft sample lease agreements, train the personnel and are immediately available for questions and problems that might arise. Particularly for property management, we offer interesting “consultancy packages”.

We draft service agreements in the areas of Facility Management which take into account the concrete requirements of the parties, irrespective of whether they are property managers, owners or service providers.
