The preparation of annual financial statements for our clients is
of course also a component of our range of services. Apart from
the audit activities we take into account the fiscal optimisation
by the creation of reserves and the exercise of options in respect
of capitalisation, accruals and valuation.
Equally important, however, is the complete structure of the annual
financial statements with regard to commercial law, setting forth
the contingencies, the statements in the notes and the examination
of the going concern prognosis.
In an event of crisis we also point out insolvency facts and render
advice as to how these can be overcome.
The annual financial statements are in themselves only restrictedly
meaningful. We therefore as a rule prepare a report on our work
and give explanations on the individual balance sheet or profit
and loss positions. Towards banks, such report - which also contains
information on our audit activities - is indispensable for a good
rating and thus for favourable loan conditions.
It goes without saying that for our foreign clients we also prepare
annual financial statements in the English language.
