Ilona Moog

Lawyer and accredited specialist for employment law

Study of law in Mainz, admitted as a lawyer in Darmstadt since 1981.

Ilona Moog specialises on employment law, particularly on the solution of all issues relating to personnel and the works constitution act arising to enterprises, entrepreneurs and executives - an area which requires many years of experience.

In addition thereto she represents architects and engineer in all aspects relating to the HOAI, the German regulations on the fees of architects and engineers.

As chairwoman of the Starkenburg Bar Association, Ilona Moog has actively represented the lawyers of South Hessen for many years (until 2006). Today she is a member of the executive board of the Bar Association of Hessen and a honorary judge of the Frankfurt Bar Association`s court. For her extensive social commitment, the President of the Federal Republic of Germany awarded her the Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Ilona Moog speaks Italian fluently.
