Studies of business administration and economics in Freiberg/Saxony, thereafter scientific assistant at the University of Applied Sciences Bergakademie Freiberg, faculty economics, subsequently gaining a doctorate.

Having worked for several years in industry, Hans-Peter Hüttl joined Moog, Moog & Partner in 1991 and is in charge of the Freiberg office.

His activities focus on fiscal issues relating to enterprises, the founding of new businesses, restructuring, current and economic problems or questions regarding structuring, such as succession regulations. He is particularly versed in the fields of investment grants and investment promotion.
